The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right next to the main square of the downtown area. It is also conveniently close to the ADO bus terminal, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the surroundings. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and freshly made eggs. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service.
There were some issues with communication upon arrival, as the instructions and contact number were not clear.

The Quetzal in Cancun is a trendy boutique hotel that offers a perfect stay. I booked a room with a balcony which was amazing. The hotel is located in a nice and magnificent spot right in the middle of everything. The downtown Cancun district is definitely worth staying in.

The location was perfect, close to downtown and within walking distance of great food options. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The homemade breakfast was simply amazing, with fresh produce and delicious baked pastries. The pool area and rooftop were stunning, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even allowing us to check in early and helping us with a smooth checkout. we had a wonderful experience at Quetzal Bed & Breakfast and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun.
